I have studied Economics at Istanbul University and completed my MBA at East Tennessee State University. In line with Eti’s managing on the ground approach, my role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Export is dynamic business that requires a lot of flexibility, creativity and customized solutions. Periodic field visits, meetings with business partners and travelling abroad are integral part of our business to identify the opportunities and gaps.

I manage my team remotely. My team sets both tactical and strategical plans, quickly adopts changing business dynamics and takes actions accordingly.

There is a team spirit within the company which allows everyone to take initiative to create a difference. I find company’s global expansion vision quite distinctive and it makes me happy to be part of Eti’s global expansion journey.
