Careers at Eti

I graduated from Middle East Technical University, Biology and Food Engineering double major program. I first met Eti during my graduation project and had the opportunity to see the value this company gives to students and employees.

I started my career in Eti as a Modern Channel Sales Representative. With this position, I gained team management and planning experience at the very beginning of my career. FMCG has become an ideal sector to use my technical knowledge in the field of food.

In my Eti journey, I always had my managers, teammates, and human resources team to consult to. This allowed me to adapt easily to an area I didn't had experience before. Eti has enormous brand power. Going out on the field with Eti is both a source of great self-confidence and huge happiness for me.

Thanks to Eti's always self-renewing approach, I have a chance to develop myself every month and become a new Irem.
